Our commitment
We take copyright seriously. If you believe that material available through IPTV Canada infringes your copyright, please tell us so we can look into it.
How to send a notice
Send a written notice to contact@iptv-premiumcanada.com that includes:
- your name, organization and contact details;
- a description of the work you say is infringed;
- where the material appears, such as the channel name, program title and time, or a web address;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act for them;
- your signature, which may be electronic.
What we do
We review each notice promptly. Where appropriate, we take action, which may include removing or disabling access to the material. We handle notices in line with Canadian copyright law.
About our content
IPTV is a legal technology. Whether a particular service is legal depends on where its channels, sports and shows come from. Under Canada's Copyright Act, accessing or distributing copyrighted content without the permission of the rights holder can be copyright infringement, whatever technology delivers it. We provide subscription access to streams supplied by third-party providers. Please make sure you have the right to watch content in your region. This is general information, not legal advice.
