What to send us after you pay

- 3. The Device Key shown in the app (if it shows one)

Most accounts are activated within 1 to 3 minutes after your payment is confirmed. Close and reopen the app, then pick a channel.
If something does not work
Picture freezes or buffers
Use a wired connection or move closer to your router, pause other downloads and restart the app. Plan for about 10 Mbps per HD stream and 25 Mbps for 4K.
Login not accepted
Check the details character by character. Avoid extra spaces when you paste. If it still fails, message us and we will check your account.
No channels or empty list
Close the app completely, reopen it and refresh the playlist. Restart the device if needed, then contact us with your device and app name.
